Track Name: Fuck It!
She smiled as she said
On days like this
it seems like it never rains
But without the rain we'd starve

I can't escape the fly and the skull
I'm beginning to lull myself into a false security
Cause its easier to lie to yourself than to face reality
So bittersweet

So lets pretend all of the ones we love won't die
Sweep their skeletons off to the side
I'm oh so sorry, I swear I tried to
See over the wall I've built up
In my head of guilt and fuck-ups
Maybe I'm just thinkin' much to hard

Cause Life's a game, life's a joke
Fuck it, why not go for broke
Trade in all your chips and learn how to be free.
Why abstain?
Why jump in line?
We're all living on borrowed time
Do what you like and they'll like what you do then you do it
And if they don't that's fine
Fuck em'

They say don't take the risk your sure to fail
There's no get out of jail free card in life
Whats the worst that could happen, end up in a coffin?
That's where we're all headed anyway

Can't escape the madness
So you might as well embrace it
Cant be worse than a 9-5 cubicle Jail cell
Buried under mundane bullshit!

Cause Life's a game, life's a joke
Fuck it, why not go for broke
Trade in all your chips and learn how to be free.
Why abstain?
Why jump in line?
We're all living on borrowed time
Do what you like and they'll like what you do then you do it
And if they don't that's fine
Fuck em'
Track Name: The Plank
You're mumbling words
But I can't hear anymore
You're totally entertained
That I am absolutely bored
To the sharks with your conversation
And see what they say
As you're thrown overboard
And disappear into the waves

Down to Neptune's kingdom
And the ink-black drink
Octopus bartenders
You can hear the mermaids sing
That'll teach you all to try and disobey
Here's a one-way ticket to your watery grave
And we say:

To all our enemies, we'll see you in hell
We're gonna walk 'em off the plank into the wishing well
Down to Davy Jones' Locker where the fishes sleep
I won't be praying for you so don't be praying for me
To all our enemies, we'll see you in hell
We're gonna walk 'em off the plank into the wishing well
Down to Davy Jones' Locker where the fishes sleep
I won't be praying for you so don't be praying
Don't be praying for me

Kill all those prisoners until their skin turns green
Let the salts of the ocean wash them skeleton clean
Raise up those oars and let them fall
As the wind steadily sings you can hear the crew call:

To all our enemies, we'll see you in hell
We're gonna walk 'em off the plank into the wishing well
Down to Davy Jones' Locker where the fishes sleep
I won't be praying for you so don't be praying for me
To all our enemies, we'll see you in hell
We're gonna walk 'em off the plank into the wishing well
Down to Davy Jones' Locker where the fishes sleep
I won't be praying for you so don't be praying
Don't be praying for me
Track Name: Give Me Coffee, Or Death
It could have been just like any other day.
If not for the drug raids.
They seemed so normal as they were cuffed and hauled away.
Who could have thought?
We should have know.
Such a nice family, but it's all a show.
It could have been just like any other day
if not for the blood in the rain.

It could have been just your everyday commute.
And then I heard the sirens and i flipped on the news
"Disobedient civilians have all lanes damned,
arrests are being made, wrists are being slapped"
So I cranked down the window as I rolled past:
"Get a boss, take a bath."
That's what the others shouted while I blared the horn,
with my fist in the air and my gas to the floor.

Give me death or give me rain.
I feel so numb better give me pain.
Bomb threats and hurricanes,
or a new berry flavor from the coffee tray...

It could have been just your forgotten school day,
if not for the drills and the bells that saved.
The fire started some place cool and safe.
Who could have thought?
We should have known!
"Thousands dead!" the leaders spoke.
I pulled at their cuffs
while they were at each other's throats:
"Does this mean I get to go home?"

Give me death or give me rain.
I feel so numb better give me pain.
Bomb threats and hurricanes,
or a new berry flavor from the coffee tray...

Liberty is too much strain.
It could have been like any other day,
if not for the blood in the rain.
Track Name: Baltimore Blues No. 1
Kiss all your saviors goodbye
Offer them up to the dead
No kidding you know who's right
And whose got a price on their head

No doubt I'd sell you all out
For a pocket full of silver and gold
Way back when, when they made me one of them

Don't you know they're gonna' save my soul

I can't hang around with you like this my friend
Our time has come to an end

I can't play around with you no more
No, I'm seeing this open door

And I know you saw right through me
Afraid I'm taking you for a ride

But when you're dead you're dead
When you're gone you're gone
I got my conscience at both of my sides

I set out to disappear
And out there I found a new home
But listen Jack, you're on the wrong side of the tracks
At least now I don't have to walk it all alone

Can you hear the sound of the crawling flesh?
Now can you smell the burning desire?
This place is too small to hide
All the ghosts that's kicking around inside

What this town was entirely built upon
You can find it right between the eyes
Its a bullet hole that'll steal your soul
And roll you for your money and your diamonds
Track Name: Dead Flowers
When you're sitting there in your silk upholstered chair
Talkin' to some rich folk that you know
Well I hope you won't see me in my ragged company
Well, you know I could never be alone

Take me down little Susie, take me down
I know you think you're the queen of the underground
Send me dead flowers every morning
Send me dead flowers by the mail
Send me dead flowers to my wedding
And I won't forget to put roses on your grave

Well when you're sitting back in your rose pink Cadillac
Taking bets on Kentucky Derby Days
Ah, I'll be in my basement room with a needle and a spoon
And another girl to take my pain away

Take me down little Susie, take me down
I know you think you're the queen of the underground
Send me dead flowers every morning
Send me dead flowers by the mail
Send me dead flowers to my wedding
And I won't forget to put roses on your grave
Track Name: Them Pills I Took
Well, I've been awake for eight days straight..
Well, it must've been them pills I took.
I been twitchin' an' turnin' an' seein' visions..
It must've been them pills I took.

Well, I don't know if it were an' I don't know where I got 'em,
But they sure did make me feel good.
They kept my heart from feelin' blue,
An' kept my thoughts away from you.

Well, there's blood on the carpet an' holes in the walls..
Well, it must've been them pills I took.
Yeah, the mirrors are all busted an' someone's cryin'..
It must've been them pills I took.

I've lied an' I've stole an' I ain't fuckin' jokin'..
It must've been them pills I took.
Yeah, the mirrors are all busted an' someone's cryin'..
It must've been them pills I took.

I still don't know if it were an' I don't know where I got 'em,
But they sure did make me feel good.
They kept my heart from feelin' blue,
An' kept my thoughts away from you.

Track Name: The Times They Are A-Changin'
Come gather 'round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You'll be drenched to the bone
If your time to you
Is worth savin'
Then you better start swimmin'
Or you'll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin'.

Come writers and critics
Who prophesize with your pen
And keep your eyes wide
The chance won't come again
And don't speak too soon
For the wheel's still in spin
And there's no tellin' who
That it's namin'
For the loser now
Will be later to win
For the times they are a-changin'.

Come senators, congressmen
Please heed the call
Don't stand in the doorway
Don't block up the hall
For he that gets hurt
Will be he who has stalled
There's a battle outside
And it is ragin'
It'll soon shake your windows
And rattle your walls
For the times they are a-changin'.

Come mothers and fathers
Throughout the land
And don't criticize
What you can't understand
Your sons and your daughters
Are beyond your command
Your old road is
Rapidly agin'
Please get out of the new one
If you can't lend your hand
For the times they are a-changin'.

The line it is drawn
The curse it is cast
The slow one now
Will later be fast
As the present now
Will later be past
The order is
Rapidly fadin'
And the first one now
Will later be last
For the times they are a-changin'.
